Return Process (Checkout via Amazon)

Since all purchases made through Viralloy are processed through Amazon, our return and refund policies align with Amazon’s procedures. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or refund:

1. Log in to Your Amazon Account
   Access your account on Amazon using the credentials used for the purchase.
2. Locate Your Order
   Go to “Your Orders” and find the item purchased from Viralloy.
3. Request a Return or Refund
   Select the option to initiate a return or refund. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
4. Return the Item
   Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by Amazon. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Return Window

All products are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and approved by Amazon, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
